Kyriad Prestige Hotel Clermont-Ferrand

Our bed was very comfortable, the room was small but pleasant. The bar and restaurant are nice however we did not eat, just a couple beers. We were unfortunately put next to the 2nd floor exit door and all night it didn't stop but we managed to sleep. The tv was nice but no shows spoke our language even if you converted the language in the settings, no big deal here though. Perfect access to local attractions by foot yet doesn't put you in the hussle and cramp areas or large crowds on foot if you are driving, in other words you can get in and out easily by car. No complaints, I would stay again for sure.

The check in staff were very pleasant - the room was big and the bed was comfortable - there were robes in the room which I always love!

Breakfast was great with lots of choice, even with gluten free bread. Easy access to tram into the centre and free parking on Sundays

Location, parking, cleanliness

The room was spacious and nicely furnished. It's great to be able to open the window for fresh air. The air conditioner was very effective. Instant hit water. Breakfast was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good.
